Empower Now: Musical Benefit Show - Fundraiser Alert!

On Wednesday, May 4th (7-10pm), RRW will be joining a fantastic roster of local artists on the stage at The Pub at 2 Mile Corner in Middletown, RI in support of the Empower Now Project, started in 2021 with the goal to educate and build a supportive, engaged community to empower those affected by abuse.

During this night of live music from some of your favorite local performers, there will be informational resources available from Empower Now. There will also be raffles and prizes, so bring a few bucks for the cause and you might go home with something new!

Galactic Theatre Debut & More Upcoming Shows!

We were honored to be included in the lineup at the Galactic Theatre in Warren, RI on Sunday for a night of live, original music raising funds in memory of the late Becket Kiernan. It was an evening of incredible talent and great love -- much thanks to Amber of Rayn's Revolver in Warwick, RI for all her work organizing this wonderful event and honoring the memory of her friend.

The Galactic Theatre is a great, quirky little venue focused solely on original music. All of the performers were excellent and we had a blast playing for everyone! We were especially thrilled to debut some of our newest songs and had the opportunity to play two covers of songs by our friends Brian Valcourt/Calamity Brain and Sarah Donner!

We had a busy Sunday, booking four additional appearances for this spring/summer season!

RRW will be appearing at the New Bedford Farmer's Market on Saturday, May 21st 10am-2pm. This market is held indoors at Buttonwood Park in New Bedford, MA.

We are very happy to announce our return to Riptide Sports Grill, 1 Bay Street, Tiverton, RI on Friday, May 13th 7:30-10:30pm! We'll also be at Riptide on Friday, July 22nd 7:30-10:30pm. As always, we'll be inviting some friends and having a varied and exciting night of music for you - don't miss these fantastic evenings!

RRW will also be visiting some dear friends of ours down by the beach in Westport, MA for a private party on Saturday, June 11th.

An Exciting Season Ahead

We'll be back at the Southcoast Open Air Market again this season, continuing for the third year! See us on Saturday, June 4th at 12pm and Saturday, October 29th at 10am (both at the Chick Marchand Memorial Park site) - October 29th will be the closing day of the SOAM season! RRW is returning for year two of the Fall River FAM Farmers & Artisans Market, located across the street from Fall River's Government Center building. This event started in 2021 and features a wonderful selection of talented and hard-working vendors, including favorite vendors of the band, To Dye For Tees! We are thrilled to be invited this year to participate in the Swansea Summer Music Series, hosted by The Swansea Free Public Library and Christ Church Swansea! Located at 57 Main St, Swansea, MA, this outdoor concert will take place on Friday, July 15th at 6:30pm. Bring a chair or blanket!

RRW will be making our very first appearance in the garden at The Heron Educational Center for the Human Spirit as part of their summer-long Music in the Garden Series on Saturday, August 6th 5-7pm. We will also be returning (in duo form) to PLAY Arcade in downtown New Bedford this season, on Saturday, August 20th and Saturday, October 8th, both 2-5pm. Weather permitting, these shows will be on PLAY's fabulous roof deck, which boasts one of the best views in New Bedford! PLAY Arcade is a wonderful, whimsical venue featuring video games, board games, delicious food and drink, and one of the most delightful outdoor spaces in dNB. Since opening their doors, this venue has invested in our local music community and been a delightful downtown refuge for geeks and fun-seekers of all ages.
